I have a domain with T-Com which came with my Internet Subscription, I want to transfer this domain to 1&1.
When I go on the web site of 1&1 and let him check this domain, it tells me that this domain is already taken.
I know it is taken, but the owner is me as well. What is the procedure? I do not want to continue with T-Com anymore and the contract says that with an illumination of the contract all domains will be lost. But I need this domain as my web site is running under this name and my email as well, which is absolutely important.
Anyone can help me?
How can I change my domain provider?
Mike C has answered this well but I would just like to add ...
If you do own your domain i.e. www.ya.com with Host Company A and want to transfer the domain for hosting with 1 and 1 for instance you will need to log into the website you bought the name from and do a transfer to 1 and 1 (these are typically done by amending the DNS lookup names). I may also suggest that you contact one and one as they have a really helpful team who may be able to do the transfer for you.

It's because you are using the wrong terminology.
What you want to do is open a new hosting account with 1&1 and then transfer your domain to them and finally clos your account with T-Com.
However if your domain (Your website address) is really a sub-domain of T-Com then you will not be able to do this.
You need an address like www.ya.com if your address is something like www.T-Com.de/fred then it will not be possible.
