I realize you feel strongly about it. But a cybersquatter is one who registers a domain name with the INTENT to infringe a party's established trademark, which no one can say for sure until more details are provided.
If "Network Solutions gave it away to someone else", is it because you didn't renew the domain name on time for whatever reason? If that's what happened, what happened that you weren't able to prevent that from occurring?
Right now your only options are to try to buy the domain name from its current registrant, seek legal advice, or move on. You have to understand that the moment you don't renew your domain name on time no matter what, you abandon all rights to it.
Sure it's unacceptable. But if you bother to understand these things a little more even if you really don't care, then it might help you appreciate your domain names all the more.
