There are plenty of compaines that offer this service. I have used one in the past called telivo. Prices aren't too bad. 拢5 for 2 years for the domain name (this domain name can have emails forwarded to an external address). If you want 5 pop accounts thats 拢15 a year, these can be used with outlook express.

Lots of companies.
I use UK2.net. You find a name that is not owned by anyone, register it for a few quid and then you have a "virtual" mail address. Say, fred@mynewwebsite.co.uk.
As with most of these cheap web address providers, this is Virtual, i.e. you need to have a REAl email address to forward any mail sent to your new address to. e.g. a yahoo address.
