I need help please!

Last year I paid Aplus.net (and received confirmation from them) that certain names were purchased by me. But a few days later, they claimed that the names were NO LONGER available and that I didn't actually own the names. (This is unbelievable because I searched for the names on several sites and they were available). So I lost about 15 SPECTACULAR names.

Now, I'm stuck with APlus since they have a few other names that they did register.

UPDATE: One of these names, I have a big buyer for. BUT APLUS refuses to give me the AUTHORIZATION CODES so that I can finalize the sale.

WHO CAN I WRITE TO? Govt? Domain Name oversight organization? APlus seems to be nothing but Scum bags, and It's unbelievable that they are allowed to rip off customers!!!!
