It's mean the domain is registered now and I would like to reserve and when the owner of domain do not want to keep it when registration's time over, I will have the domain name. Kindly provide the URL.

You can do this at http://www.dakotawebhosting.com and it's tranferable so you can change the backorder to another domain.
