I had a family site with geocities PRO and loved my URL. About 3 months ago I cancelled my geocities pro subscription when I had to cancel my credit card being used for billing(stolen). I finally got a new card and want to start the site back up but I want the same URL I had before...however when I try to register the old URL it tells me that it isn't available. (I check with domain registration and the domain IS taken...by me...) How can I get my domain name back WITH geocities? HELP!!!

No offense, but are you sure you have a REAL domain registration with Geocities Pro like yourfamilyname.com or something like that? If yes, go to the site below:

Type your domain name on the search bar and click Search. If it shows a line like "registration service provided by" and a specific name after it, that's who you contact regarding the name itself.
If the site also shows your name and contact details, the name is possibly still registered to you and awaiting management. Contact whomever is listed as its provider (Geocities probably).
