I want to register a domain name directly from .com Registration authority. Because in my country there are some companies who register the domains but they do not register them by your name and most often they close their business after one or two years.
Is there any possibility to register a domain directly from a .com Registration authoirty. If yes! then who are them and how to contact them?

There isnt a .com Registration. You have to deal with someone who is able to provide you with a domain.
If one fails you have to move it to another buisness.
