Does anyone give truly free domain name registration?
No, but godaddy has them pretty cheap. If you can't afford the few dollars, maybe you should work on getting a better job first! :)

it is possible to get a free domain!!! go to Windows Live Basic and get a free site. (www.yourname.com) all you need it for Microsoft to verify that it is not fraudulent by giving them your credit card number. I would not recommend this if you dont trust microsoft.
