Whats the cheapest place to get a .com.au domain name?

How do you go about it all

and can you get an email address thats address@yournewdomain.com.au

The site i want the domain name for is a bravenet free account website.

I use yahoo.

It's really easy to set up the joeshmo@awesomesite.com type of account and if you cant figure it out just call customer service and they will walk you through it.
