I'm looking to start my first website. I need webhosting and my own domain name. What's the cheapest? I want it all in one! My friend told me Yahoo, she only pays $12.00 a month has web hosting and her own domain name but she said they waived the setup fee which is $25. I don't want to pay the set up fee!

i would recommend below resources. one give one free domain name for life while the other one 2 free domain name for life as long you host with them. both have no setup fee.

Frankly, the price is not at all cheap :)
A domain cost only about US$9 a year. So you might as well register elsewhere. Hosting plan typically cost around $8 a month.
