If not how do I do it myself free??

To host a domain yourself is far from free.
I would recommend you take a look at officelive.com specifically at the free hosting package.

Look for a program called IIS, it's a Microsoft web server so it supports the features that come with office.

.....No Word has nothing at all to do with web hosting or sites. You would have to have a server computer up and go through all of that. http://www.1and1.com is very cheap for hosting. Other than that and being free, you can go to blogger.com and use that with your domain name.

You can make your web page in word, but hosting is another issue, you can host your site for free in many sites but only if you use their domain names, examples:
Geocities, Prohosting, Myspace, Tripod and a lot of more.
If you want to use your domain, you probably have to pay to a hosting company, and keep your login and password for the web site where you buy the domain, you will have to change de DNS in order to point the hosting company you select.

If you're too tight to pay, sign up for free webspace and get your webspace to forward to it.
