I already registered the domain name with register.com, but I did not like the package deal they had for hosting or design. I downloaded Microsoft frontpage on my computer, and designed the pages. Only now I cannot figure out how to make the pages public so everyone can see them. The domain name is registered, but would register.com still be the hosting site? Can I host through frontpage? I am overthinking this and making myself soooo confused... please help.

You have a domain name and a tool for creating pages (front page) Now just look at hosting as a place to keep your web site. There are many places to host your site. Try doing a search for hosting and compare features and prices.

There are a ton of places you can host for cheap. Geocities small business packages (which is what you will need since you have your own domain name) start at 8.95 a month (for a service that allows you to use your own domain name). I think I have seen cheaper out there, but remember you always get what you pay for.
