if i wanted to make a web site to sell my images and i am using dreamweaver can i get the web hosting account from yahoo instead of the merchant account because it is cheaper, or will i get into trouble. I do not need all that crap that they offer to build a web site.

I would read the terms of service.

If the standard hosting account doesn't permit you to sell any item from that hosting account then you'll have to go either with the merchant account or to get hosting from another provider.
