can i get a step by step way of making minimum of $600/m with less or low start up without a web site.OR any website services providers that i can buy from and can host sites like adsense, e-bay, clickbank and more at a cheaper rate. please only serious answers

How we all wish to "earn money with less effort." The reality with the Web is you don't just create a website and -- BAM! -- earn $600 the next month without any effort.

First, you have to be willing to spend some money - at least with hosting. Many programs such as eBay affiliate program - where you attract visitors that will sign up with ebay and you get commission from that -- may only allow publishers with "real" websites to join. Even banner advertising network may not accept you if you only use a free domain; in fact, they have a minimum level of traffic required.

And getting traffic is not that easy. You have to have something to offer. It seems to me that you are not planning any real content in this site - just put banners and ads all over the place to reach your goal for $600/month.

$600/month is easy, very doable -- IF AND ONLY IF -

a. you have something of value to offer your visitors whether product or information

b. you have traffic to your site

And both these cannot be achieved without spending a dime and putting "less effort"
