I bought 1 web hosting 3 months ago... i updated my web page and it is still working...

But when i used yahoo or google search i didnt find ...

WHY?????

How can register my web page???? If my provider didnt do this??

You need to have good web hosting too. To market it, you can try to submit your site to www.dmoz.org and then post some good messages to some forums related to your site. And also try to submit to google.com separately every few months.
