Looking for an ASAP web design person to set up a Q & A web forum for advanced horseplayers. They ask each other plus forum moderator questions. They are NOT allowed to exchange e-mail addresses with each other. The purpose of forum site is to attract users who will then buy handicapping data from the firm hosting the forum. We need a quick and accurate designer. We know there many templates out there which we can use, but we're under a timeline and do not wish to do it ourselves. Must be done right first time out. you might find it difficult to get what you want.

Also depending on your time crunch you might just want to setup a ready made forum for what your site can support - a programmer won't create a forum from scratch that fast.
