i wanna make a website( i know how, xhtml, css, javascript, etc...) but I know that you have to buy a domain name, then put your coding on a server. So after i buy a domain name should i buy a server or pay monthly to use one on the web. Can i make my computer into a server and just pay for host name?( i heard you can do that.)

you can create a computer into your server and use Windows Server to run it, but you need to know PHP to write the website code, and the best way is to make it by not entirely coding it but with Dreamweaver and Photoshop image Ready
