Actually, Yahoo sucks. Go ro www.activewebhosting.com and you pay as you go, 10 bucks a month. And there's perks if you pay ahead or bring other people on.

U pay for domain at first, then option to pay 1, 3 , 6, 12, 24 months for hosting. For 12 months you get 2 months free, for 24 - 4 months free. 1.5 usd a month 50 MB space.
