found a template, if i buy it and download it, and buy a domain name, how do i get it hosted ?..any suggestions of a good host?. or maybe a good web site with flash and hosting and domain buying availible

You'll need to know how to add your own content to the template and build the other pages. So, just having a template is not going to help if you don't know how to work with it.
I suggest you find a host that has a site building system along with all the other things you want. You could probably come close to the template you like.

Try this site, The hosting is very in expensive and the service is great, I host my own site with it. They have 300 GB of Space and 3 TB of Bandwidth. Plus ALOT of e-Mail Accounts.
