I want to buy two domains and redirect one (commen misspelling) to the primary domain with a 301. If I use Y! Web Hosting can I request 301 redirects for this and future purposes?

I don't know about yahoo specifically, but most webhosts allow you to have a primary domain name and any number of secondary domain names. All the secondary domain names point to the primary domain name's website. Using a 301 redirect can get you in trouble for spamming.

i think you can redirect your domain,and you can use meta refresh also
