2 The domain is easy to spell and not prone to typographical errors
3 The domain is product-related and therefore has a high commercial value
4 The domain doesn鈥檛 violate any third party rights (e.g. trademark rights)
5 The TLD geographically matches the language of the domain name
6 The traffic

My best guesstimate would be no. There are so many websites anymore and people can get them free out the wazoo. Even some of the most popular misspelled domains remain unsold.

It depends. It wil also depend what domain you have selected, as well as buyers that are willing to pay for. When you intend to buy that domain name, you may like to check out who will likely to buy from you. You may also like to check on the traffic of that domain name.
If you have already brought the domain names, you may like to pro-actively approach your potential buyers and tell him the traffic of your domain name. This could be an important information whether the buyer will buy it from you eventually.
