The advantage of using Yahoo, especially if you are thinking of starting an ecommerce business (selling products on the Web) is that they already have everything for you in one package. They give you all the components you need to start your online business -- web hosting, domain name purchase, shopping cart, administrative panel to track your sales, etc.
The drawback is that you may have limited functionality as you grow your business. But as a start, I think choosing Yahoo can make it easier for you to start your online presence.
One thing you need to consider, though, is how reliable is the help/support of Yahoo. You would want to have easy access to support for any questions or problems you may encounter in every step of starting and running your business.

Yahoo Sitebilder works great, you just have to know what you want your site to look like. I've designed two sites exculsively with sitebuilder and photoshop as my design tool. you can see either of them
