You're not going to like this answer, but it is really dependent upon your situation. How many revisions will you want to it? How much work is going to go into it (do you want something simple or flashy?). Do you want to be able to do commerce from it (i.e. online ordering). You have to figure those questions out first.

iPowerweb is a great hosting company, IMO. For only $100 per year you get a lot, even for a business site. You could order your site from them and then pay someone to develop it. They also have a lot of tools and templates if you want to develop the site yourself.

well what i did is type in the search box free websites and it gives you a free website to work in

Try 1and1 internet, they have many templates, flash templates, and management portals for a decent price.
