Why does it necessarily have to be Yahoo? What specific features are you looking for?
For web hosting, I like HostGator. They have a decent package for $9.95 (US) a month (as low as $4.95 a month, if you're willing to pay for more than one month in advance).
If you need extra features instead of just a basic hosting plan, you might want to look at some of the free open-source software that you can install. There are some MAJOR businesses and non-profits running on Drupal and Joomla, for example. Getting software like that installed and configured takes only a few mouse clicks IF the host you sign with is using cPanel and Fantastico (which most of the better hosting plans are using).
If you need an online store, again there are a lot of options. ZenCart and osCommerce are popular, though I prefer Drupal's eCommerce add-in module.
