its a web hosting service that is free and In my opinion a lot more fun and offering a lot more tools then the more popular web hosting services such as blogger, why isn't wetpaint a lot more popular?

Wetpaint is a wiki site. Doesn't seem that bad actually, up until now I hadn't heard of it. It's not as popular because it's not as widely advertised and exposed as Blogger (which in my opinion sucks).

I might have to get a wiki site there.
