I'm new to .Net and using Visual Web Developer 2005 Express edition. I've gone through a bunch of tutorials, but for whatever reason any project I try to deploy to my web host gives me this same error message. I'm having no luck googling the answer to this.

Any ideas?

You are missing a tag in the XML file.
