Ok, this might be a really silly question but I have know idea. I麓m building a website but my web host doesn麓t allow me to use PHP or ASP or Perl or any of that kind but I want to have a submission form on my site. Here's my question; Does every web host have CGI bin? Can I use CGI script to make a "sign up for newsletter" form?

Most web hosts have cgi, though most free hosting does not allow access to the bin. They dont like allowing the "post" or "get" methods from the bin (required for forms and submissions etc etc) there are free cgi hosting services...I personally prefer to just register a domain and get professional hosting,, I have mine at http://rockwebhosting/ and it runs me about $100/yr

Not every web host has a CGI Bin.
